When it publishes, it will carry — for every state, each field individually dated and sourced — whether a Social Security number is required (or a passport/affidavit alternative is accepted), whether the English test is required or exempt and on what condition, the accepted credential-evaluation service, board processing time, and Nurse Licensure Compact status.
Until then, confirm your target state directly with its board of nursing rather than relying on any list — including ours.
How we keep it current
Dated, sourced, and corrected in the open.
Requirements change and stale guidance costs people months. So we do three things.
Every field carries a date and a source
You can see when we last checked and where we checked it. If it is old, you know.
Boards can correct us
We send each board the page describing their state and ask them to tell us what is wrong. Reviewing a page takes minutes; filling in a form takes an afternoon.
Nurses report what actually happened
Every nurse who applies tells us whether the step went as described. Published rules and real behaviour are not always the same thing, and our members are the ones who find out first.

This page is what internationally educated nurses are being told about your state. If any of it is wrong, tell us and we will fix it — no account required.
Accurate guidance means fewer incomplete and misdirected applications reaching your staff. That is the whole pitch.
