About

How we work.

There is a lot of noise in this market and plenty of people willing to add to it. Here is exactly how we operate, so you can judge us on it.

Our commitments

These are not marketing lines. They are constraints we have built the product around, and you should hold us to them.

  1. The knowledge base is free and ungated

The library, the state requirements and the glossary are open to everyone. No account needed to read them, no email wall.

  2. Nothing you buy moves you forward

The app is optional. Your position and your profile are identical whether or not you ever download it.

  3. Nobody is paid to point you anywhere

Inside the app no employer is promoted over another, and we take no fee for sending you toward one. What you see is the route, not an advertisement.

  4. Nobody sees you until you say so

Your file is private until you switch visibility on, and you choose which employers. You can switch it off again at any time.

  5. You can leave with everything

Your documents and your file are yours. Take them and go, and you owe us nothing.

What we are not

We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice. The app explains the process and helps you organise your own documentation. For anything about your specific immigration case, we will say so and point you to counsel.

We are not a shortcut. The visa queue is set by law and nobody shortens it. What the app shortens is the part you control.

We are not a recruiter or an agency. We do not place you, take a fee for a hire, or push you toward any employer. If you choose to be visible, employers find you — and the conversation is yours.

Common questions

Is it really free?

The library, the state requirements, the glossary, your document file and being discovered by employers are all free and always will be. The app is a separate, optional product.

What if my country has a long visa queue?

We will tell you on the first day rather than the tenth month. If the honest answer is that the wait is years, you deserve to plan around that.

What if I fail the NCLEX?

You stay in the system, your file stays intact, and the app helps you plan the retake. Failing is common and it is not the end of the route.

Who sees my profile?

Nobody, until you switch visibility on and choose which employers. You can switch it off again at any time.
