Nurses are only presented once they hold a US licence. No pipeline padding, no candidates who are a year from being usable.

Evaluation report, licence verification, English scores and VisaScreen status are on file before you see the profile.
Realistic availability
Every profile carries an estimated availability window based on the actual visa queue. You can staff against it.
How discovery works
The nurse opts in. You browse.
Nurses build their file inside the app. A nurse who wants to be found flips visibility on — and only then does the profile appear to employers. You browse verified profiles by specialty, licence status and availability window.
Profiles show no name, photo or contact details until there is interest on both sides. When a nurse chooses to reveal, you talk directly, in-platform. AuraNavigate does not broker the conversation or the terms — that is between you and the nurse.
What we are not
Not a recruiter. We do not source, pitch or place nurses, and we take no cut for steering one your way. The app is the guide; the nurse is in charge.
Not an advisor. No employer is promoted over another inside the app. What a nurse learns about the route is identical regardless of who is hiring.
Nurse-controlled. A profile is private by default, visible only when the nurse switches it on, and can be switched off again at any time.
Common questions
Are nurses charged?
Never to be seen, and never a placement fee. A nurse pays only for the optional app that walks them through their route. Being discoverable to you is free and entirely their choice.
Why do nurses use AuraNavigate instead of an agency?
Because the knowledge base is free and ungated, the app guides them without locking them into an agency contract, and they stay in control of who can see them.
Can we see candidates earlier in the process?
You can see anonymised pipeline volume by specialty and availability window for planning. You cannot contact a nurse before they are licensed and have switched visibility on.
Do you handle immigration filing?
No. We are not attorneys and not a recruiter. The app helps a nurse prepare and organise their own documentation; filing and legal work stay with counsel.
